This course will provide students with an introduction to Emergent Technology using Carbon Made, which is an online portfolio service. Carbon Made has been used by many business professionals and is a very useful tool moving forward in education and media.

Procedure:

1.Students will download Microsoft Office and set up a Carbon Made account.
2.The assignment will cover Emergent Technology and Students will pick the job or passion they want to do when they enter the workforce and their Carbon Made portfolio will be based off that.
3.For each assignment, Students will find or take a picture of any object that is parallel with their view of the assignment and write a brief paragraph about how it relates.
4.At the end of the course the students will upload the word document with a link to their Online Portfolio and an assessment survey to answer if they believe this tool can be used in the workforce today.

Assessment:

Using this tool with help these students break down their goals and aspirations to acquire the job that they are in search of.

1.The Students will be able to see what steps are necessary to attain their goals in life.
2. It will help display their skills and brand them well to the market they are heading into.
3.The Teacher will look into the surveys the students and assess where they felt they got the most out of the tool and apply that to future programs and assignments.
